Terms and conditions

  • Definitions:

    • “The Cleaner” refers to our company or any franchisees operating under us.

    • “Cleaner Helper or Staff” refers to the individual or firm carrying out cleaning services for us.

    • “Customer” means anyone receiving our services.

    • “Service” denotes the cleaning or any other service we provide.

    • “Cleaning Appointment” is when our Cleaner helper visits the Customer’s place to clean or provide any service.

  • This agreement binds both The Cleaner and the Customer.

  • By using our services, you accept these terms.

  • These terms override any other agreements.

  • Any changes need written approval from a director of The Cleaner.

  • We charge a minimum of 2 hours per cleaning appointment.

  • Invoices must be paid by the due date through Danske Bank.

  • Late payments may attract a 1% interest charge.

  • We may withhold services until payment is received.

  • If payments are consistently late, we may require a 25% prepayment.

  • We may engage a debt collection agency if needed.

  • Prices quoted are in Danish krone, excluding VAT.

  • Invoices are issued monthly or upon completion of the project.

  • All prices are net, and discounts need approval.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days.

  • We use agreed-upon cleaning products and supplies.

  • In the event that the selected service is without cleaning supplies, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to furnish the requisite tools or products required. Furthermore, the customer is accountable for ensuring that said items are in a state of good repair and operational functionality.

  • Requests for our equipment need management approval.

  • Customers can provide cleaning checklists or priorities.
  • No refunds after service completion

  • Report dissatisfaction within 24 hours.

  • Refunds for canceled visits with proper notice, min. 24 hours in advance.

  • Report damages or issues within the specified timeframe.

  • Pay 50 % of the service for the cleaning visit if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Rescheduling needs 24 hours’ notice.

  • Charges may apply for unnotified cancellations  (50% of the service).

  • Terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Early termination requires payment of the outstanding Month.

  • A cancellation fee equal to 30 days of service applies.

  • We aren’t responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited for incomplete jobs.

  • We’re liable for damages within specified parameters.

  • Customers must identify sensitive areas and provide instructions by writing to info@thecleanerdanmark.dk

  • We don’t take responsibility for pre-existing damages or any consequences of previous damages.

  • We value customer feedback and address complaints promptly.

  • Promptly report dissatisfaction.

  • Fixing issues within 24 hours requires informing us and providing pictures.

  • We reserve the right to adjust rates and quotations.

  • Estimates are based on average cleaning times.

  • We try to accommodate schedule changes.

  • Specialized cleaning may need extra resources.

    • We promise quality service and customer satisfaction.

    • Dissatisfied customers can request re-cleaning within a specified timeframe.

    • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours after cleaning, and we’ll coordinate a fix or redo depending on case.
